Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) for varied technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centered design.
  • Ability to navigate SaaS platforms confidently and troubleshoot unexpected behavior.
  • Technical background or working knowledge of Salesforce-based platforms (admin-level concepts like permissions, object configuration, and workflow rules).
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to track and interpret learner data.
  • Proficiency in developing facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and instructional videos.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and scope with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of concurrent training projects.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) using hands-on, scenario-based exercises.
  • Transition from isolated content creation to embedding training within active customer implementation lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps and propose adoption-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to empower customer-side trainers for independent program management.
  • Consult on learning objectives and design materials that distinguish between live, exercise-based delivery and self-paced content.
  • Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements, providing proactive communication on project timelines.
