Job Details

Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering using Ruby on Rails and React.
Proven experience building product-led growth initiatives at a SaaS company.
Deep understanding of product funnels including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Omni and Mixpanel.
Experience working with complex legacy codebases and billing systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead experiments from conception through execution and post-analysis.
Comfort working in a high-autonomy, early-stage, and distributed team environment.
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to influence strategy and shaping features.
Strong communication skills with a practice of documenting decisions and results publicly.
Demonstrated ownership and initiative in identifying and solving technical problems.

Own end-to-end technical execution of multiple growth initiatives across the full funnel.
Build in-product experiences that increase creator success and drive business growth.
Manage and maintain a complex, legacy billing domain codebase.
Design, ship, and measure high-leverage growth experiments to iterate on product value.
Establish technical patterns and measurement practices for the newly formed Growth team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data analysts to shape growth strategy.
Coach team members toward analytical and outcome-driven engineering practices.
