Requirements
- Strong proficiency in full-stack engineering, specifically with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Deep understanding of SaaS growth funnels including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tooling such as Mixpanel or Omni.
- Experience leading product-led growth experiments end-to-end at a SaaS company.
- Ability to work comfortably with large, complex legacy codebases.
- Strong product judgment with a focus on business outcomes and user experience.
- Proven history of working on distributed teams with minimal process overhead.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and agency in ambiguous, early-stage team environments.
- A track record of public-facing documentation and clear communication of results.
- Strong analytical mindset balanced with the ability to act quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across the funnel including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Identify high-leverage growth bets and scope them in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Build, measure, and iterate on in-product experiments to drive growth and creator success.
- Contribute to the billing domain and build reusable technical infrastructure for experimentation.
- Coach team members toward analytical and outcome-driven engineering practices.
