Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in documentation, technical writing, operations coordination, or knowledge base management
- Experience managing structured documentation systems (Notion, Confluence, HelpKit, or similar)
- Strong written English communication skills (clear, structured, professional)
- Ability to independently organize and maintain documentation systems
- Basic understanding of SaaS workflows, permissions, publishing systems, and product updates
- Strong process-thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Reliable remote work setup with stable internet
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or technology-driven environments preferred
- Experience publishing release notes or structured product communications preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the structure, organization, and usability of the documentation ecosystem (Notion + HelpKit)
- Design and maintain page hierarchy, tagging systems, navigation structure, permissions, and publishing workflows
- Maintain internal and partner-facing knowledge bases with consistent formatting standards
- Publish structured product updates, release notes, and partner communications
- Coordinate with product, support, and leadership teams to gather accurate information
- Translate technical changes into clear, concise documentation
- Develop onboarding guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation
- Continuously improve documentation processes for scalability and efficiency
- Support structured email communications for partner updates when needed
