- Create, update, and maintain Repsly forms for projects using established naming and formatting standards.
- Review and correct forms, remove duplicates, and disable outdated forms when projects end.
- Maintain product lists and ensure they align with the corresponding forms and projects.
- Test forms before project launches to confirm they work correctly for field representatives.
- Coordinate project launches by preparing requirements, forms, product lists, and schedules before start dates.
- Track project timelines and progress, identify potential delays or issues, and escalate them to the appropriate team lead.
- Prepare and review project schedules and form upload files against required formatting standards.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and important information to the Operations team and relevant stakeholders.
- Check forms, project files, schedules, and data; maintain project records and document recurring procedures.
- Track support requests through resolution and communicate recurring issues to appropriate team members.
