Operations & Marketing Project Coordinator

Process wholesale orders, charge payments, create shipments and inbounds, and handle related customer service.
Create 3PL orders for suppliers, samples, and other needs.
Write SOPs for wholesale operations as the function develops.
Follow up with suppliers, compare costs, track timelines, and maintain project boards for new products and packaging.
Monitor production status and timelines, and flag slippage early.
Support inventory operations and learn production fundamentals from the team.
Own a single marketing calendar across website, paid creative, email and SMS, creator and UGC, promotions, and product launches.
Break marketing plans into owned tasks with dates, confirm ownership, and work backward from launch dates.
Identify schedule conflicts, duplicate briefs, and approval blockers.
Publish weekly updates on shipped work, delays, and upcoming risks.
Maintain Notion structures, templates, and status hygiene, and use AI to develop systems, SOPs, briefs, reporting, and tracking.
Keep creator and partnership records, contracts, and payments accurate in coordination with finance and the partnerships team.
