Staff Accountant

Process, code, and schedule vendor invoices across the supplier base.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices for inbound shipments.
Run payment cycles, track payment terms, capture early-pay discounts, and resolve vendor discrepancies.
Reconcile invoiced quantities against goods received and identify shipment, production, and pricing variances.
Partner with fulfillment leadership to maintain receiving documentation.
Maintain weighted average costs across approximately 1,300 SKUs and reconcile landed costs.
Support monthly COGS true-ups and inventory valuation reviews.
Reconcile vendor accounts, review statements, and track vendor performance.
Analyze gross margins, SKU contribution, velocity, and markdown exposure.
Prepare vendor scorecards and ad hoc spending and pricing analyses for ownership.
