Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Designer, specifically designing for US/EU DTC businesses.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Figma, able to create 3 designs/day
• Ability to independently manage workflow and creative output.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling designs for marketing emails.
• Translate creative briefs into high-converting email designs that accurately reflect the brand voice and aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with the retention team to iterate on creative tests (e.g., CTAs, visual hierarchy) to optimize performance.
• Maintain and evolve our email design system and templates to ensure consistency across all lifecycle stages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email design trends, DTC best practices, and mobile optimization strategies to ensure cutting-edge designs.
