Requirements:

• Mastery of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or any similar tools
• Familiarity with basic and advanced editing techniques, including transitions, sound editing, and motion graphics
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content while adhering to storytelling principles
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and correct errors in video content
• Familiarity with sneaker and streetwear trends, brands, and culture

Responsibilities:

• Edit 2+ long-form YouTube videos per month, closely following brand style and structure
• Produce 2 podcast episodes per month, maintaining consistent pacing and clarity
• Create 10+ short-form videos daily using pre-recorded content and creative assets
• Assemble engaging narratives by combining clips from multiple interviews
• Add culturally relevant visuals, sneaker callouts, and dynamic edits that speak to a streetwear-savvy audience
