Own and manage all social accounts Develop a multi-platform content strategy Self-generate agile content (raw, meme-style, trend-based or informal) Lead the creative team to produce diverse content formats Maintain a balanced mix of content Ensure brand voice consistency, authenticity, and cultural relevance Respond to all public replies across social media promptly Lead Pwnage’s presence and engagement on Discord, Reddit, and gaming forums Organize creative community events, polls, challenges, tournaments, etc. Develop community programs to convert followers into advocates Identify and manage influencer partnerships Coordinate influencer campaigns around product launches or key brand moments Oversee affiliate program growth Produce or oversee SEO-optimized blog content Stream on the Pwnage Twitch account Build cross-platform strategies Ideate and execute social-first campaigns Coordinate with marketing, product, and creative teams Provide regular reporting on KPIs, insights, and recommendations
