Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead Research / Lead Generation. At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior RA, or supervisory role (preferred). Strong understanding of lead sourcing methods, ICPs, data validation, and enrichment. Hands-on experience with lead research and generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Tech-savvy and administratively strong. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
