Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generation US Recruitment/Sourcing experience (required) Exposure to headhunting or outbound recruiting (preferred) Experience with DocuSign and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Interest in business, markets, and competitive research Willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruiting strategies Ability to conduct interviews (nice to have) Strong research and investigative skills Understanding of how businesses operate Confidence in outreach and professional communication Ability to think creatively Strong written English skills Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Comfortable working independently and managing multiple research streams
