Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters Partner closely with C-Suite and Finance team to build accurate headcount forecasts Design and optimize a modern, data-informed recruiting model Ensure global recruiting compliance across all regions Own and refine candidate experience Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, and HRIS teams Oversee vendor relationships, agency partnerships, and recruiting technology stack performance Partner with leadership to shape Pindrop’s global employment brand Establish measurable metrics for recruiting excellence
