3+ years’ experience in social media management, preferably handling multiple brands or working in agency or DTC ecommerce. Demonstrated experience with content creation—copywriting and basic visual design—for digital and social platforms. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. High energy, creativity, and adaptability. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proven ability to engage with audiences, create compelling content, and foster community. Capable of providing video submissions as part of the application process. Based in Latin America or a similar time zone to Florida.
