Social Media Manager (DTC/Ecommerce)

3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably handling multiple brands or working in agency or DTC ecommerce environments. Demonstrated experience with content creation—copywriting and basic visual design—for digital and social platforms. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. High energy, creativity, and adaptability. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proven ability to engage with audiences, create compelling content, and foster community. Capable of providing video submissions as part of the application process. Based in Latin America or a similar time zone to Florida for optimal real-time engagement.

Manage and execute social media strategies and content for multiple brands. Uphold distinct brand voices. Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social platforms. Coordinate content needs, gather assets, and respond to customer inquiries. Handle community engagement. Participate in marketing meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Monitor analytics and report on metrics. Identify and develop relationships with influencers and support affiliate programs. Contribute to content calendars and recommend new ideas. Perform basic design tasks for social posts.
