Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT program or project management roles.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle delivery of complex IT initiatives.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
- Familiarity with data-driven systems, AI-enabled solutions, or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost tracking.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a delivery-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs, from discovery and planning through execution and deployment.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams including technical, data, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Drive execution using Agile methodologies and enterprise project management frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between program delivery and strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives, including data-intensive and AI-related projects.
