Requirements
- Proven track record in technical project/program management in large-scale environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) or IQL (Insight Query Language).
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience working in fully remote environments.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with executive leadership.
- Ability to manage technical risks and status reporting.
- Fluent English for daily communication.
- Prior exposure to Application Security (AppSec) or Cybersecurity domain (nice to have).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations.
- Lead regular program meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional ceremonies.
- Track and report project progress, risks, blockers, and Key Results (KRs) to leadership.
- Partner with PMO teams to align deliverables and methodologies.
- Create project documentation and manage internal change management initiatives.
- Analyze data using SQL/IQL to track compliance metrics and solve operational problems.
