Requirements
- 5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments.
- Hands-on experience managing UGC and Influencer Marketing projects is required.
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts with multi-SOW or multi-stream programs.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills in English—written and verbal.
- Ability to present confidently, manage expectations, and build lasting partnerships.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.
- Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-level client accounts across multiple SOWs, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on trust and consistent delivery.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, owning communication, expectations, and strategic alignment across all programs.
- Oversee end-to-end UGC and Influencer Marketing projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
- Source and manage external partners, creators, and influencers when needed.
- Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance.
- Support and guide Project Managers as needed.
