Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or similar delivery-focused roles in digital or software environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in software delivery cycles.
  • Experience working directly with software development teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (advanced or fluent level required).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and technical teams, with professionalism and clarity.
  • Proven experience managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and scope in complex environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with high levels of ownership.
  • Experience with project management tools and digital delivery workflows is required.
  • Scrum certification (PSM) or related training is a plus.
  • Background in Engineering, Business, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong communication, transparency, and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and delivery flow.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers while proactively escalating critical issues when needed.
  • Monitor project performance, including team velocity, progress, and overall delivery health, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed.
  • Own reporting activities, including weekly internal updates and client-facing status reports covering progress, risks, and financials.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous delivery improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment with contractual and business expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, team efficiency, and delivery methodologies using a servant leadership approach.
