Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably focused on digital products and user journeys.
  • Strong knowledge of product analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, such as Design Thinking, and experience collaborating with UX/UI teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product roadmap and strategic evolution of the Checkout solution, aligning customer needs with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product improvements.
  • Break down complex initiatives into incremental, high-value deliveries while ensuring continuous product evolution.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize user journeys, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates through product enhancements.
  • Gather and translate customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer-centric product development.
