Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Business Operations, Client Success, Customer Service, or Procurement.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end order processing and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero for financial and operational record management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, procurement portals, and B2B ordering systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail in documentation and order management.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer experience including enquiries, quotations, orders, and warranty claims.
  • Oversee the complete procurement and order lifecycle, including supplier coordination and production scheduling.
  • Coordinate freight bookings, dispatches, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
  • Utilise Xero for sales orders, invoicing, purchase orders, and operational financial documentation.
  • Manage B2B ordering portals, CRM systems, and cloud-based business platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including report preparation and project assistance.
  • Conduct supplier and product research to support business growth initiatives.
