Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SaaS implementation, customer support, technical support or system configuration.
  • Spanish at native or fluent level.
  • English at a minimum of C1 level.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Comfort handling multiple customer requests and operational priorities at once.
  • Basic understanding of ticketing, facility management, real estate operations or CAFM systems (nice to have).
  • Experience with data imports, Excel, configuration tools or CRM/helpdesk systems (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Support customer implementations in Mexico, from configuration through to go-live.
  • Prepare, clean, validate and import customer data into SINGU.
  • Configure core SINGU modules based on the agreed implementation scope.
  • Support customers during testing, UAT and go-live readiness.
  • Triage implementation issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
  • Provide implementation and support backup for Mexico customers.
  • Document recurring configuration issues, customer questions and process gaps.
  • Support the handover from implementation to ongoing support / customer success.
  • Work with Project Managers, Support, Product and Tech teams on escalations.
  • Help improve local implementation standards and build repeatable setup templates.
