  • Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a big plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate partner needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stressful situations, and urgent issues professionally.
  • Empathetic communication style focused on finding solutions.
  • Quick learning ability for new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Take calls and provide initial advice and updates on ongoing cases to B2B partners in English and Italian.
  • Ensure clear, honest communication that reflects a commitment to outstanding partner satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming tickets, follow up on escalations, and work on resolution and prevention.
  • Handle booking modifications and relocations with attention to detail and urgency.
  • Actively support and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Balance the needs and expectations of partners and account managers.
  • Accurately document all work and partner interactions in the CRM system.
