- Advanced level of Spanish and English, with fluent speaking and writing skills.
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a big plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate partner needs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, stressful situations, and urgent issues professionally.
- Empathetic communication style focused on finding solutions.
- Quick learning ability for new tools, systems, and processes.
- Result-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Take calls and provide initial advice and updates on ongoing cases to B2B partners in English and Italian.
- Ensure clear, honest communication that reflects a commitment to outstanding partner satisfaction.
- Manage incoming tickets, follow up on escalations, and work on resolution and prevention.
- Handle booking modifications and relocations with attention to detail and urgency.
- Actively support and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Balance the needs and expectations of partners and account managers.
- Accurately document all work and partner interactions in the CRM system.
