- Own the Brand team's inbound request intake process, including triage, routing, and workflow management in Asana
- Design and maintain Asana project structures, templates, task dependencies, and timeline tracking across brand sub-teams
- Map brand touchpoints across owned, earned, and internal channels to maintain a clear end-to-end brand view
- Consolidate performance reporting from multiple sub-teams into unified insights for leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Brand team and cross-functional Marketing partners
- Document workflows, intake processes, and operational standards to support team scalability
- Manage content publishing schedules, reporting deadlines, and recurring brand review cycles
