- Owning and continuously optimising the GTM tech stack — primarily Clay, Lemlist, and Salesforce — ensuring everything runs reliably and scales as the business grows
- Building and managing AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end, from audience segmentation and initial outreach through to booked meetings
- Designing and maintaining data integrations and automated workflows that keep information flowing accurately and in real time across all systems
- Keeping CRM data clean, structured, and duplicate-free — this is non-negotiable
- Building dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and leadership
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve campaign performance
- Using API-based automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier) to connect systems and eliminate manual work wherever possible
