Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies, including social media, performance marketing, and design.
  • Ability to develop and oversee content strategies for various marketing channels.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to execute campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing trends and previous marketing efforts.
  • Experience planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of Indian or German culture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the company’s brand and marketing strategy by analysing trends and evaluating past marketing efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate content strategies in collaboration with social media and performance marketing agencies.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Lead and guide marketing working students handling social media-related tasks.
  • Maintain an overview of all marketing-related activities and manage projects independently.
  • Drive hands-on execution of marketing initiatives from concept development to implementation.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
