Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing enquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally. Assist customers with payments, order processing, and general questions related to their dermatological treatments. Analyse customer service trends and collaborate with teams such as Medical, Product Management, and Business Development. Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Provide insights and ideas to optimise the customer experience based on feedback and common concerns.
