Requirements:

• Proven track record in social media growth & content creation (experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury brands is a big plus).
• Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest marketing (paid and organic).
• Ability to produce high-quality visual and written content—photography, short-form videos, and engaging captions.
• Experience with sales-driven social media marketing, including promotions, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
• A deep understanding of branding, aesthetics, and storytelling in fashion.
• Analytical mindset—able to use data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement iconic social media strategies that emphasize cultural content pillars, showcasing the brand's innovative approach to fashion.
• Develop original, high-quality content that tells the story of the brand, engages the audience, and promotes products.
• Utilize creative methods to attract more customers and enhance brand awareness through social media channels.
• Foster strong online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring their content aligns with and promotes the brand’s vision and values.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to refine strategies and improve engagement and web traffic.
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
