Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in web and mobile UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
Proven ability to design and test MVPs, with experience in iterative design processes and user testing.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping.
Experience working within cross-functional teams, aligning design with marketing, product, and engineering goals.
Strong understanding of landing page optimisation strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion and engagement rates.
Knowledge of Storybook or similar UI development documentation tools is a plus.
Experience in digital health, wellness, fitness, education, or habit formation industries is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Design and refine landing pages to effectively showcase and launch digital therapy programmes, ensuring high engagement and conversion.
Develop seamless and engaging user journeys across marketing websites, web applications, and mobile platforms.
Prototype and test Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), iterating rapidly to validate user experience improvements.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise design elements and user flows across multiple platforms.
Maintain and enhance the UI Styleguide, ensuring consistency in branding and usability across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, psychologists, and engineers to create innovative mental health solutions.
