Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business (e.g., medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, digital production).
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows for client programs.
- Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, and financial performance.
- Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Manage project documentation, financial tracking, and invoicing activities.
- Serve as a primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
- Coordinate vendor activities and provide guidance to Program Coordinators.
