Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business (medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and cross-functional engagement.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful execution of client programs.
  • Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to provide visibility into timelines, milestones, and project status.
  • Coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Manage project documentation, financial tracking, and invoicing activities.
  • Act as a primary client contact for operational discussions and project updates.
  • Manage program logistics and coordinate vendor activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members or Program Coordinators.
