Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business (medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and cross-functional engagement.
- Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful execution of client programs.
- Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to provide visibility into timelines, milestones, and project status.
- Coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Manage project documentation, financial tracking, and invoicing activities.
- Act as a primary client contact for operational discussions and project updates.
- Manage program logistics and coordinate vendor activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members or Program Coordinators.
