Requirements

  • Sales and business development experience including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Relationship building and account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical value to non-technical buyers.
  • Ability to work independently to meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English capability is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital operations or clinical engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospectively contact new hospital and surgery center accounts.
  • Develop and present value propositions demonstrating repair service benefits.
  • Build and maintain a professional network within the healthcare community.
  • Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to drive revenue expansion and renewals.
  • Execute market expansion strategy with monthly travel to adjacent markets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
