Requirements
- 8+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role within a fast-paced technology business.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and developing individual contributors.
- Demonstrated success as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $100,000 - $1,000,000 in ARR.
- Strong coaching, training, and talent development capabilities.
- Operationally rigorous with experience in pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
- Ability to synthesize business performance data and communicate insights to leadership.
- Strong skills in multi-priority management and cross-functional partnership.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Large Pro book of business by leading representatives to acquire new Corporate partners.
- Set goals and targets to achieve financial plans for New Sales.
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track performance against business goals and report metrics to senior leadership.
- Coach representatives weekly through sales call reviews and real-time feedback.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and productivity efficiencies.
