Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field.
- 5-10 years of successful sales or business development experience in advanced technology industries.
- Strong engineering understanding and experience in electrical systems or solar/PV design.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex customers in matrix environments.
- Prior engagement with utilities, IPPs, and the broader U.S. energy sector.
- Understanding of utility grid operations and energy transmission.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on utility-scale PV and BESS opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers, utilities, and other decision-makers.
- Develop long-term strategic plans to capture market share and maximize sales revenue.
- Execute complex solutions selling approaches at the executive level.
- Own and manage monthly pipeline business forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and service teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars.
