Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field.
- 5-10 years of successful sales or business development experience in advanced technology industries.
- Proven experience in electrical systems, solar/PV design, or related fields.
- Demonstrable track record of managing large, complex customers in cross-functional matrix environments.
- Strong understanding of utility grid operations, power plants, and energy transmission.
- Existing influential network of senior-level industry contacts.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on utility-scale PV and BESS opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities.
- Execute complex solutions selling at the executive level to drive technology alignment.
- Develop short and long-term sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal product management, engineering, and service teams to align on customer needs.
- Manage monthly pipeline forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and travel for customer meetings and office alignment.
