Engineering at SMA America

Our engineers solve complex challenges in medium voltage systems, transformers, and electrical converters. You will apply expertise in the 8D method for root cause analysis and quality tools like 5-Why and Ishikawa. We focus on continuous improvement across product lifecycles, collaborating globally. You will contribute to developing efficient, reliable solar and battery storage solutions.
