Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service, data analysis, or financial operations in the natural gas industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing customer orders, including volume and rate analysis.
  • Support data entry and account-related inquiries from Strategic Customers.
  • Analyze customer usage trends and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Billing) to support customer account activities.
  • Assist in preliminary invoice development and verification of transactions for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports.
  • Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Validate transactions related to Baseload, Swing, Inday, and Turnback orders for Strategic Customers.
