Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions and driving subscription-based sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strong revenue generator, ideally in early-stage environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute account plans.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead the renewals process to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process to maximize growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support.
  • Monitor account health metrics and take proactive action to resolve escalations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and renewal forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and shape product development.
