Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions and driving subscription-based sales.
- Demonstrated ability to be a strong revenue generator, ideally in early-stage environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute account plans.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead the renewals process to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process to maximize growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support.
- Monitor account health metrics and take proactive action to resolve escalations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and renewal forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and shape product development.
