Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
  • Proven experience owning, managing, and negotiating complex customer relationships.
  • Advanced analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing opportunities within large data sets.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Understanding of account management, sales, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience in tech companies, particularly in launching or building account management teams.
  • Multifamily or real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships with stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for each assigned portfolio partner.
  • Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure consistent customer experience and product adoption.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate clear ROI to clients.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and consultative sales of additional products and services.
  • Travel to industry events, conferences, and on-site partner visits.
