Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in Account Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
- Proven experience owning, managing, and negotiating complex customer relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing opportunities within large data sets.
- Experience utilizing AI tools for data analysis.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Understanding of account management, sales, and marketing platforms.
- Experience in tech companies, particularly in launching or building account management teams.
- Multifamily or real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
- High EQ and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships with stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for each assigned portfolio partner.
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure consistent customer experience and product adoption.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate clear ROI to clients.
- Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and consultative sales of additional products and services.
- Travel to industry events, conferences, and on-site partner visits.
