Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of field sales or account management experience.
  • Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
  • Demonstrated success working with P&T committees and large-organized customers.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and execute tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership to cross-functional internal and external account teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage trust-based relationships with external stakeholders in Health Systems, IHNs, and large-organized customers.
  • Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions with account teams to ensure internal alignment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer business models, strategic goals, and the value-based healthcare environment.
