Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers in health systems.
  • Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated success working with P&T committees and influencers in Hospitals and IHNs.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Assume leadership role within assigned accounts, managing them as business partnerships.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive value co-creation and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key external stakeholders in Health Systems, IHNs, and Medical Groups.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities by conducting business coaching and strategy sessions.
  • Function as the central focal point for communication regarding account strategy, resource allocation, and team alignment.
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer business models, market drivers, and value-based healthcare trends.
