Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers in health systems.
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
- Proven ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Demonstrated success working with P&T committees and influencers in Hospitals and IHNs.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
- Assume leadership role within assigned accounts, managing them as business partnerships.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to drive value co-creation and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key external stakeholders in Health Systems, IHNs, and Medical Groups.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities by conducting business coaching and strategy sessions.
- Function as the central focal point for communication regarding account strategy, resource allocation, and team alignment.
- Maintain deep understanding of customer business models, market drivers, and value-based healthcare trends.
