- Assist with processing customer orders, including volume and rate analysis.
- Support data entry and account-related inquiries from Strategic Customers.
- Analyze customer usage trends and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Billing) to support customer account activities.
- Assist in preliminary invoice development and verification of transactions for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports.
- Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in Salesforce and other systems.
- Validate transactions related to Baseload, Swing, Inday, and Turnback orders for Strategic Customers.
