Requirements
- 15+ years of Program Management experience, specifically within DoD acquisition.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain one immediately.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience interfacing directly with senior government stakeholders, including DoD leadership.
- Strong proficiency in contract management, schedule development, and CDRL planning.
- Experience supporting ROM development and proposal efforts.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for critical client integrations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- PMI certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, owning program health end-to-end.
- Lead program startup activities including WBS definition, business rhythm establishment, and contract compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including administration, CDRL delivery, and modification tracking.
- Monitor and manage program financials, including budget baselines, burn rates, and EACs.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; maintain a living risk register.
- Lead recurring status meetings and deliver executive-level briefings to DoD leadership.
- Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure technical deliverables meet compliance standards.
