- Design and implement optimized baked-lighting across all game environments using Unreal Engine GPU Lightmass.
- Collaborate with environment, VFX, and art direction teams to ensure visual consistency.
- Develop and maintain lighting standards, style guides, and documentation.
- Optimize lighting setups for performance across target platforms.
- Mentor junior and mid-level lighting artists.
- Work with the Art Director to prototype new lighting looks and dynamic systems.
- Contribute to post-process pipeline development including bloom, lens flares, and color grading.
- Participate in art reviews and cross-discipline critique sessions.
