Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS revenue leadership.
- Track record of exceeding New ARR, GRR, and NRR targets.
- Proven experience building and running a repeatable B2B SaaS sales motion.
- Deep expertise in CRM management (ideally HubSpot), sales operations, and revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in improving sales velocity, win rates, and SDR productivity.
- Ability to lead both hunting (sales) and farming (account management/CS) functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Sales Development, New Business, Account Management, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success teams.
- Own new ARR and NRR targets with a focus on acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Implement structured forecasting, pipeline management, and scalable sales methodologies.
- Document and operationalize conversion best practices into repeatable playbooks.
- Leverage data to identify funnel bottlenecks and inform revenue strategy.
- Partner with the Executive team on GTM strategy, pricing, and packaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align revenue goals.
