- Design, document, and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth.
- Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and provide leadership with actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Administer our CRM (e.g.HubSpot) and other RevOps tools, ensuring integrations, data hygiene, and system reliability.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align on goals, metrics, and revenue strategies.
- Support forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting with data-backed recommendations.
- Train teams on processes, tools, and best practices, and create documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
