Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or as a Revenue Architect.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot, including designing custom objects and data relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the integration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, automation, and process design.
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and train teams on new processes.
  • Ability to manage strategy while maintaining high standards for system data quality.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Map, design, and improve scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel to eliminate friction.
  • Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous problem to final implementation with a focus on high-impact results.
  • Establish automated data quality measures and reporting to ensure the CRM remains a trusted source of truth.
  • Evaluate and optimise the tech ecosystem, including tools like HubSpot and Fathom, to ensure clear ROI.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation to support organizational scaling.
  • Contribute to the RevOps roadmap, diagnose bottlenecks, and manage end-to-end projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for RevOps support to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
