Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related areas (GTM Operations, Revenue Architect).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects and data relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience in data analysis, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in process automation and building scalable workflows.
  • Experience with quota setting and capacity planning.
  • Ability to manage change, train teams, and drive tool adoption.
  • Fluency in English (application must be submitted in English).
  • Ability to diagnose bottlenecks and implement high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Map, design, and improve scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS).
  • Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous problem to final implementation.
  • Establish automated data quality measures and health-check reporting.
  • Evaluate and optimize the tool ecosystem to ensure clear ROI and workflow support.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation to support organizational scaling.
  • Contribute to the RevOps roadmap, manage projects, and implement root-cause fixes for recurring bottlenecks.
