Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related areas (GTM Operations, Revenue Architect).
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
- Expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects and data relationships.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Experience in data analysis, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in process automation and building scalable workflows.
- Experience with quota setting and capacity planning.
- Ability to manage change, train teams, and drive tool adoption.
- Fluency in English (application must be submitted in English).
- Ability to diagnose bottlenecks and implement high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Map, design, and improve scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS).
- Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous problem to final implementation.
- Establish automated data quality measures and health-check reporting.
- Evaluate and optimize the tool ecosystem to ensure clear ROI and workflow support.
- Build and maintain internal documentation to support organizational scaling.
- Contribute to the RevOps roadmap, manage projects, and implement root-cause fixes for recurring bottlenecks.
