- Drive the preparatory payroll process for all international entities (Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, UK, and Netherlands)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for external payroll providers, EOR, and PEO
- Act as the primary contact for payroll-related tickets and resolve employee inquiries
- Identify inefficiencies to automate payroll workflows
- Partner with RevOps to calculate commission and bonus payments
- Support Finance with staff cost reporting, audits, and workforce planning
- Provide data for international grants and subsidies
