Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
- Strong background in MedTech or Diagnostics and life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of IVDR regulations.
- Proven experience building and executing sales processes and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in budget management and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent presentation and leadership communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience leading remote teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations and sales team expansion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies.
- Manage key accounts and strategic alliances.
- Align market opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Engineering capabilities.
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Analyze pipeline performance and drive process improvements.
- Negotiate major deals.
