Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in English
- Availability to travel throughout the country
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector (preferred)
- Experience in engineering service companies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Implement the sales plan in alignment with company objectives
- Develop new commercial opportunities (hunting) and manage existing client portfolios (farming)
- Manage commercial opportunities from technical definition to quoting and closing
- Analyze market trends and priority sectors
- Promote cross-selling opportunities with other Business Lines
- Collaborate with Operations and update the CRM with activities and opportunities
