- Proven track record in closing sales deals.
- Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company.
- Consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and strategy.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Curiosity and empathy to understand client drivers.
- Resilience to manage obstacles and sales rejection.
- Results-oriented mindset with clear personal goal setting.
- Interest in the creator economy.
- Experience selling to marketing teams or e-commerce brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify brand growth and marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run deep customer discovery to understand client goals and challenges.
- Curate demos and materials relevant to specific prospective teams.
- Manage a full inbound pipeline from initial contact to close.
- Drive product adoption during sales cycles to secure long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Success, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmaps.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline.
