Requirements

  • Proven track record in closing sales deals.
  • Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company.
  • Consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and strategy.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Curiosity and empathy to understand client drivers.
  • Resilience to manage obstacles and sales rejection.
  • Results-oriented mindset with clear personal goal setting.
  • Interest in the creator economy.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams or e-commerce brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify brand growth and marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run deep customer discovery to understand client goals and challenges.
  • Curate demos and materials relevant to specific prospective teams.
  • Manage a full inbound pipeline from initial contact to close.
  • Drive product adoption during sales cycles to secure long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Success, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmaps.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline.
