Requirements
- 5 years of experience in account/sales/distributor management within FMCG, Travel, Outdoor, or Lifestyle/Fashion environments.
- At least 3 years of experience managing key retailers or e-retailers.
- Full fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of distributor business models and sales agency operations.
- Expertise in P&L, cost management, and business planning.
- Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and analytical decision-making.
- Experience in utilizing category management and retail excellence tools.
- Digital/e-commerce experience.
- Full clean driver's license.
- Business education in Business or Finance field preferred.
- Experience with Blue Chip companies preferred.
- Oracle or sales database experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Identify, open, and develop new markets and regions across EMEA for Osprey and Hydro Flask.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and distributors, acting as the primary commercial contact.
- Develop business plans and define must-win SKU-customer combinations to drive sales pipeline.
- Manage and monitor KPIs, including invoiced sales, gross profit, and adjusted contribution margin.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to establish regional plans and ensure effective product launches.
- Train and coach the distributor network on new products and commercial concepts.
- Capture local market insights and customer feedback to support strategic forecasting and CRM accuracy.
