Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in account/sales/distributor management within FMCG, Travel, Outdoor, or Lifestyle/Fashion environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing key retailers or e-retailers.
  • Full fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of distributor business models and sales agency operations.
  • Expertise in P&L, cost management, and business planning.
  • Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and analytical decision-making.
  • Experience in utilizing category management and retail excellence tools.
  • Digital/e-commerce experience.
  • Full clean driver's license.
  • Business education in Business or Finance field preferred.
  • Experience with Blue Chip companies preferred.
  • Oracle or sales database experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, open, and develop new markets and regions across EMEA for Osprey and Hydro Flask.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and distributors, acting as the primary commercial contact.
  • Develop business plans and define must-win SKU-customer combinations to drive sales pipeline.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs, including invoiced sales, gross profit, and adjusted contribution margin.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to establish regional plans and ensure effective product launches.
  • Train and coach the distributor network on new products and commercial concepts.
  • Capture local market insights and customer feedback to support strategic forecasting and CRM accuracy.
